I need to create a Science Connect account

STO Appoint is a sign up page for NATO Nationals [as well as STO Enhanced Opportunity Partners (Australia and Japan)]

APPOINT has been developed for those joining the research teams as part of STO's Collaborative Programme of Work. Default roles at Level 3 are Chair (leading), Member (active) or Observer (passive). Joining one of STO managing committees (i.e. Level 2) is currently done outside of APPOINT. If you are applying for a level 2 position please contact your STO National Coordinator at https://www.sto.nato.int/Pages/contactus.aspx.

Please note, that if you are joining a technical team, you cannot make multiple applications for different teams at the same time. Each application for each activity is approved on a case by case basis.

Finally if you are joining an Exploratory Team, you do not need to use STO Appoint, instead simply contact your Principal STC Member.
